Perfect for people who are completing the ‘Managing Advocacy Services’ module as part of the National Advocacy Qualification or for people who simply want to grow in this important area of service delivery.

Exploring different motivations for measuring advocacy and who we are measuring for

Objectives, Outcomes, Outputs|
Understanding the three OOO’s  will help you to identify exactly what it is you want to measure

Measurement tools|
You will have opportunity to look at a variety of outcome measurement tools including:
– The NPS (Net Promoter Score)
– Subjective feedback (likert scales)
– Outcome star/daisy
– When to ask specific questions for feedback
– Hard data

    I absolutely loved the conference Kate and felt inspired by the end of it. What it did do for me was remind me somehow of why I actually went into advocacy in the first place (sometimes we seem to get so caught up on managerial things, policies and procedures etc that we can lose the person behind it all whether that be staff or service user). I felt that all the speakers spoke from the heart, they were clearly passionate about their roles and that was great. I found the whole day really enjoyable.
